Know the rules for rentals
Each time a new lease is signed, the homeowner or property management company must submit the new tenant registration form to alert the association within 10 days of the lease effective date. Once submitted, the tenant will receive an email invitation to register for the resident website.
It’s important to note that leases must be a minimum of six months; short-term rentals are prohibited.
